Capital entrepreneurs were reminded of the deadlines for submitting a simplified declaration

The State Revenue Department for Astana recalls that the deadline for submitting a simplified declaration for small and medium-sized businesses for the 1st half of the year expires on August 15, 2023, Kazpravda.kz reports citing the department.

At the same time, 171,000 entrepreneurs, including 137,000 individual entrepreneurs and 34,000 legal entities, are obligated to submit a simplified declaration (form 910.00) in the capital.

Conditions for applying the mode:

• average number of employees for the period - up to 30 people;

• income for the period - does not exceed 24,038 MCI. At the same time, the income limits for the application of such a regime do not include income within the limits of 70,048 MCI, received by IP through non-cash payments using a three-component integrated system.

It is noted that the tax on the simplified declaration is 3% of income.

Ways to submit a declaration:

• web application "Cabinet of the taxpayer" (cabinet.salyq.kz);

• IS SONO (the program can be downloaded free of charge on the SRC website);

• on paper;

• using mobile applications eSalyq Business, Halyk Bank.

The State Duma for Astana recommends submitting tax reports in advance, or extending the deadline for submitting a declaration in advance, in order to avoid loading the system and communication channels.

"In case of failure to submit tax reports in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" (CAO), administrative liability is provided. For more information about taxes, call 1414/3 or on Instagram @astana_mkd," the message says.
