Kazakhstan citizens will be banned from registering in horticultural associations
A number of changes in the field of re-registration of internal migrants will take place after the adoption of the relevant draft government decree, a Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports .
The draft rules for the registration of internal migrants and amendments to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been posted on the Open NLA portal for discussion.
This document will exclude the possibility of registration in horticultural partnerships and cooperatives. The innovation was initiated to control migration flows to the capital.
The new norms will also make it possible to update the list of voters, to assign a status to persons identified as non-residents at the place of residence.
In addition, the norm of automatic registration of children under 14 at the place of residence of their parents will be excluded. This change is justified by the need for a complete accounting of the population, effective state planning and distribution of social support, as well as the formation of statistical reporting.
In connection with the abolition of the norm of legislation on the mandatory registration of foreigners and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan, this item will also be excluded from the rules.
Discussion of the document on the portal will last until August 10.
