A new way to book an online queue at the Public Service Center appeared in Kazakhstan

The press service of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC announced a new way to book a queue online at the public service center, Kazpravda.kz reports .


NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" together with Halyk Bank implemented a service for booking a queue at the public service center and receiving a digital ticket via QR through the Halyk application," the State Corporation said in a statement.

In order to book a queue at the PSC, you need to select "Public Services" on the main page of the application, then "Book a queue at the PSC". Next, the system will prompt you to select a city, a public service center, the purpose of the visit, the date and time of the visit.

Arriving at the PSC, the client will be able to scan the QR on a sticker located at the reception desk and receive an electronic digital ticket.

“Visitors of public service centers complain that they are not always given an electronic queue coupon. In order to avoid such problems, we have implemented an alternative way to book a queue, as well as a guaranteed opportunity to receive a coupon. In addition, since the beginning of the year, more than 600 thousand people have applied to PSCs on reservation and received paper coupons. Now we are moving away from paper coupons, and citizens will be able to receive electronic coupons by showing it to a PSC employee on their smartphone or gadget," said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.

The press service noted that booking a visit to the PSC in advance helps to significantly save the time of service recipients. So, since the beginning of the year, about 6 million citizens have applied to the public service centers of the country, 10% of them have booked a queue in advance.

By the way, you can also use the service by calling 1414, through the EgovKzBot2.0 telegram bot, the Mobile Public Service Center application, eGov mobile and the e-government portal.
